Automated Distillation Analysers – AutoDist-86(ver2.0/ver3.0)

Acute Instruments’ AutoDist-86 (V2.0/V3.0) is a fully automated, microprocessor-controlled apparatus designed for precise petroleum product testing. Featuring an inbuilt PC with Windows-based software, RS-232 LIMS connectivity, Ethernet, and USB ports, it automatically monitors and controls all parameters including heating rates, condenser and receiver temperatures, and atmospheric pressure corrections. The V2.0 uses a CFC-free refrigerated cooling system, while V3.0 integrates advanced Peltier cooling for rapid temperature control (0°C to 60°C). Safety features include operator error alerts and automatic fire-sensing shutdown. Supporting ASTM D86, ASTM D850, ASTM D1078, EN ISO 3405, and IP standards, AutoDist-86 is ideal for distilling naphtha, kerosene, diesel, gasoline, and other petroleum fractions.

Fully microprocessor controlled, Inbuilt PC, windows based user-friendly software with active RS232 port for LIMS connection, Ethernet RJ 45 port for networking, USB for data copy.
Automatic set, monitor & control all distillation parameters as per ASTM method including initial & final heating rates, distillation rate, condenser & receiver temperature, receiver chamber conditions, etc, on its own of any given samples.
Automatic volume measurement system with automatic atmospheric pressure correction of test result
In build CFC free Refrigerated cooling system for Ver 2.0 and In build Peltier Cooling system for Ver 3.0. Receiver & condenser temperature is able to cool/warm from 0 to 60 deg c & vice versa.
Safety features to alert human errors
Fire sensor to detect fire and system automatically shut down the heater and other devices. (external CO2 or N2 require)
